This service is for pianos that need minor regulation. I will tighten up the action, adjust hammer blow distance, lost motion, hammer let off and back checking. This will make your piano feel much more responsive and should be done every 5 years or so as the action parts compress upon themselves and parts loosen during dry months. This is a half day service approximately 3 hours. Estimate of cost of service upon action evaluation. Payment is due at the time of service.
